CASAC undertook a five-year development and research project called CASAC LINKS. That work culminated in a report of activity analysis and herstory of CASAC self published as Canada’s Promises to Keep: The Charter and Violence Against Women available since 2004. Black Rose Books has decided to publish that report in spring of 2005 under the title Obsession. With Intent: Violence Against Women.
